word/conversation-influenced dreams dreams diary

was in a meeting where a children's party was being organised
the entire dream revolved around the details of the logistics of the
party... what was needed... how many... where to buy them from...
the dream ended when the adult organiser's had done everything and
we were getting stuck into a page-sized steak sandwich
this dream was brought about by a conversation during the day when
a committee the writer belonged to came up in the conversation
am fairly sure it was the use of the word committee, and the thoughts
and feelings associated with the committee, that was the basis of the
dream
this is a word/conversation influenced dream
~~~
when more effort then usual is put into weight training it makes the
writer tired enough to make him fall asleep during the day...
this dream opened up with me wedging my feet into a 20-30 cm2 bit
of metal that allowed the feet to stick in a fixed position
the metal plate had four wheels underneath
a vehicle came by and i grabbed hold of it and it took me at a fair
speed to a roadside diner
the diner was a small (8 m2) tent/marquee which had four or five stalls
and was very busy
wanted a meat sandwich but all of the stalls only had vegetarian food
when i didn't buy anything everybody was dissappointed
on the way out a woman showed her displeasure by standing in the
narrow exit and making it impossible to get passed her without me
having to turn sideways to get out which in turn meant our chests
were squeezed together as i slid by
that's when the dream ended and i woke up
~~~
when more effort then usual is put into weight training it makes the
writer tired enough to make him fall asleep during the day...
fell asleep again ten minutes after waking from the first dream
this dream started with me pulling myself over a ridge with my hands
was taken aback by the narrowness of the walking area which i had
scrambled onto, especially so because the drop on the other side of
the walkway was almost as sheer as the one which had just been
scaled
to make matters worse there was a river as wide as the amazon with
dauntingly powerful swells that filled my vision
pointed out the too-impressive nature of the river to a female
companion and while gesticulating nearly lost my balance and fell
down the slope to certain doom
the dream ended there
