(TABLE OF SEASONAL VEGETABLES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR     )

 

CAN OF VEGETABLE SOUP

VEGETABLES

SALT AND PEPPER

 

POUR A CAN OF VEGETABLE SOUP (TOMATO, MUSHROOM ETC.) INTO A SAUCEPAN

FILL THE EMPTY CAN WITH WATER AND PUT THAT INTO THE PAN TOO

BRING THE SOUP AND WATER TO THE BOIL

ADD VEGETABLES*

COOK AT A SIMMER, TASTING AND ADDING SALT AND PEPPER AS YOU GO ALONG

 

* PREPARE THE VEGETABLES IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE VEGETABLES

THAT TAKE THE LONGEST TO COOK ARE CUT TO A SIZE

(THE SMALLER THE SIZE THE PIECES OF VEGETABLES ARE CUT INTO THE QUICKER THEY WILL COOK)

SO THAT THEY ALL BECOME COOKED AT THE SAME TIME
