the uncertainty principle comes about when two different
questions ("where is it" ? and "what's it doing" ?) are asked of the
same thing at the same time
it applies, almost exclusively, to the realm of atomic phenomenon
it also aplies to the heavenly state
when enacting straight line action we'll know exactly what we're
doing but wont have a clue where we're doing it
that's because space is endless and hasn't got a where that
can be defined
