this enables a style of squatting which allows most of the weight of to go through the heels

push up through the heels and hips

what makes it easier to do is pushing the pelvis forward and locking the knees at the top of the movement

unable to go deep without making the right leg do the work and re-inflaming the injury 

it has brought about the realization of just how weak it is

going shallow is stll a bit of struggle but it is being worked now in a way it wasn't before

failed to recognise that was not compensating for bad leg and overloaded the good leg which over-stressed the thigh muscles of the good leg

waiting for them to feel normal again before doing any more

this is why it's called weight training
