THE PLAN e.t.'s plan is to interact with tens of thousands of individuals and produce a groundswell of public opinion who will want to know why extraterrestial's (who bring with them a technology that will, among other things, bring us health, happiness, longevity, justice and peace) are being ignored by the mainstream media (what's the point of the media system if it isn't reporting that we are being visited by star traveller's ?) and why there isn't a greater response from governments see devolving our visitor's technology is so far advanced they could cut into our media channels and broadcast to us on a world wide basis the thing is though, MOST of us have got to want it to happen you don't have to chant it out loud in the street or write a letter to your m.p. or go on protest marches or... you haven't got to do anything, just think that you would like it to be so and when enough people think the same way... abracadabra, it happens discuss it with your friends and loved ones' if you like the idea of travelling among the stars with friends and loved ones'... if you like the idea of ever-increasing longevity... if you like the idea of the galaxy being your playground if you... the quicker you get the word out, the quicker it happens they will stay at a distance until a "critical mass" of people express a desire for them to show themselves when they show themselves everything will change dramatically and things will never be the same again whether it happens in your lifetime depends, in no small measure, on what you do you may want to do something but don't know what to do, in which case see a show of hands better still initiate an original course of action that is more likely to get results NOTES 1 the act of observation e.t.'s understand the physics associated with an observation (when a conscious entity looks at something) when you point your camera somehere and look at what it's focused on, that point where your gaze causes a physical effect, which can be detected with mechanical devices there are inherent limits as to how precise a measurement can be (see schrodinger's cat and the uncertainty principle) within those constraints though there is the highest probability that a measurable event will occur when you know the detail of an incoming observation you also know how to produce the same thing with an outward bound observation so if you if you know what you're doing it's possible to get a conscious entity to look your way you may be walking along one day and for no particular reason you look...
